In this hands-on 4-week intensive, you'll take your two-color design from start-to-finish through the screenprinting process on a manual press.

Week 1: Prep Designs and Screens
Week 2: Burn Screens and Print a Single-Color Design
Week 3: Advance Your Design to 2 colors or Create a New Design and Prep New Screens
Week 4: Burn Screens and Print New/Advanced Designs

Includes: 20 posters, 1 t-shirt (students may bring additional material to experiment further)

Private Session

$300 (1-on-1) / additional $100 each up to 4 people

In this one-on-one private screen printing class, you will prepare and print screens with your design using a photo emulsion process.

After this class you will have:
• Knowledge of coating a screen
• Hands-on knowledge of burning a screen
• Hands-on printing of your single-color design on a manual press
• Hands-on knowledge of cleaning a screen
• A new apparel item screen printed by you!
• Up to 10 apparel items printed by you!

Price includes 1 apparel item, but we have more for purchase, or you can bring your own.

Experience Level: Beginner to Advanced

Print-Your-Own-Apparel

4-hour blocks from 11AM-3PM Weekdays
$100 per 4-hour block

This is our version of open studio hours. To apply for this, you must have taken a Private 1-on-1 workshop or an intensive 4-week workshop after July 1st, 2023.

After that, you can sign up for a 4-hour block to screenprint your own projects in the shop on our 4-color press. This includes access to our heating element, flashing equipment, ink, and other small tools and materials. This does not include apparel and screens. You keep your screen after creating it here, we do not store screens for you.

Experience Level: Must have completed a 1-on-1 Screenprinting or Intensive 4-week Workshop with Hope (see Private Session listing)

Collaboratively design and screen print in this team building workshop. We will help guide the team with a collaborative design, give a brief overview of the screenprinting process, and have everyone print their own apparel item and posters.
